Unboxing my experience

My recent stay was an intriguing mix of comfort and convenience. The staff was courteous and eager to help, although cleanliness could use some improvement. The location was perfect, right next to local dining options, and the breakfast-in-a-bag was just right for my needs. I would return for the value alone.

The room featured two double beds, which were comfortable but showed signs of aging. The grab-and-go breakfast was simple, consisting of a muffin, apple, and juice. Despite the friendly staff, a lack of cleaning left hair in the tub and some unpleasant smells in the hall, which detracted from the experience. A surprising $50 security deposit issue made for a frustrating checkout process.

The room was cozy and well-equipped, featuring a mini fridge and microwave, perfect for my needs. The warmth of the staff added a lovely touch that made my stay feel inviting and comfortable.

Better cleanliness throughout the hotel, please.

i had a fantastic stay at days inn! the staff was super helpful and friendly, making me feel welcome. the location was super convenient, especially since it was close to the convention center. i enjoyed the continental breakfast with muffins and fruit. having coffee available 24/7 was a nice touch!

Helpful staff and decent location

I appreciated the helpfulness of the staff during our stay, especially Ruth, who went out of her way to assist with our internet issues and made sure everything was okay. The location was very convenient, close to various attractions, making it easy to explore the area. However, it would have been nice to have our room cleaned during the multi-night stay without needing to request it.

Would recommend for a little getaway

Basic room, functional AC, which helped keep us cool during our stay, and the free parking allowed us to explore the city without hassle, especially since it was conveniently located near Pittsburgh International Airport.

Everything was first-rate.

Had a great time with my friends! We loved checking out a fountain show and visiting the marina. The room was convenient for our needs and the pool was perfect for relaxing after our adventures. Just know that breakfast is a bagged meal, so don't expect a full spread.

We enjoyed a fun outing to the nearby marina, where we watched some boats dock while the kids played with our pets. The front desk staff was friendly and made us feel welcome, which added to our comfortable stay in the spacious room.

My kids wished the pool was better maintained. it could really use some improvements for families with children.
